Privacy Policy
How AIMS Institute collects, uses, and protects your personal information.
Last updated: September 2026
AIMS Institute of Training & Technology ("AIMS", "we", "us") is committed to protecting the privacy of everyone who enquires about, enrols in, or completes a course with us, in accordance with the Privacy and Data Protection Act 2014 (Vic).
Information we collect
When you enquire about a course or enrol with us, you'll typically be asked to complete an enrolment form. This form is currently provided by our student management system and embedded directly on our site — the specific fields it collects are managed by that system rather than by this website, and may include details such as your name, contact information, and course preferences.
We also use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our website, such as which pages are viewed and how people navigate the site. This data is aggregated and does not directly identify you.
How we use your information
We use the information collected through enrolment to process your course booking, issue certificates, respond to enquiries, and meet our reporting obligations as a Registered Training Organisation (RTO 45793) regulated by ASQA.
Sharing your information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited enrolment information with accreditation bodies, or with whoever arranged and paid for your enrolment, if that was someone other than you.
Cookies and analytics
Our website uses cookies via Google Analytics to help us understand site usage. You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings at any time.
